1.  Every item with painted surfaces or other surface coatings must comply with CA Prop. 65 lead testing.          
2. Total lead in substrate materials of all products of all materials must comply with CA Prop 65 standards.        
3. Any wood item made of MDF or any type of composite wood needs to have CARB certified label on each item.        
4. Any jewelry item needs to be lead and nickel free.                   

5. Any lamp item needs to be UL approved.
6. All wearing apparel needs to meet USA flammability requirements. 7. All products with sharp edges/sharp points/small parts on child or infant products need to be tested for child safety.        
8. No individual phthalates in a product exceed 100 ppm for any “children’s toys” or child care article.
