Appearance: Ivory or light yellow flaky .

Properties: AS anti-fogging agent is mixture of polyol ester polyoxyethylene and amine compound.

Characteristic and Application

AS Anti-fogging agent is mainly used for anti-fogging Polyethylene or EVA resin wich are used for agricultural film as well as preservative film. It can reduce or eliminate fog, fog drop, in order to increase light transmittance, and increase the temperature in the green house. The duration of efficacy can last for 3-4 months.As its surfactant will easily cause slipping of the screw, so generally we will make it to anti-fogging masterbatch, then mixed with PE or EVA resin before blowing film.

Some examples for commend dosage:

0.08-0.1mm film       

1.0-1.8%. If the film is thinner than 0.08mm,the dosage should be higher relevantly,because the migration rate is higher.

Three layer co-extrusion film    min 1.0%

Packaging film or preservative film  0.5-1.0%

Package and storage: It is packed by inner PE bags, outer PP plastic bags. Net weight is 20 Kg.It should be stored in dry and shade places, and not be exposed to the sun and rain, away from moisture.
