Expanded PTFE is made of PTFE dispersion resins diaphragm stretching in a unique process. It’s a kind oflow density, high toughness material contains a lot of micro holes, and consists of numerous soft, homogeneous, fine strength of the multidirectional fiber. Expanded PTFE sheet and sealing gaskets has high tensile strength, low creep, high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good self-lubrication and non-adhesive. It contains no asbestos and other additives, non-toxic, anti-aging, conforming to the requirements of the FDA. Due to thesize stability of PTFE expanded gaskets and its good compliance, fiber becomeeven closer, airtight, watertight, leakage resistance after compression. It can maintain an excellent sealing state even in a severe corrosive and high temperature environment.

Applicable to all kinds of flanges. Suitable for computer/ electronics, chemical industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, semiconductor industry, aerospace industry, petrochemical industry, pulp paperindustry, ship building industry, medical equipment industry, energy, environment, etc.

--Pressure resistance : from vacuum to 207kg/cm2
--Acid and alkali resistance (pH Value 0~14), corrosion resistance is not affected by general chemicals (with the exception of molten alkali metals and gaseous, liquid fluoride).
--Anti-aging: keeping fresh and pollution-freeduring long time storage.
--Creep resistance: easy to be fixed andlocked, not easily deformed after construction.
It is an ideal seal gasket for food and pharmaceutical industry, complying with FDA standards. It can be used in rough or damaged flange, dueing to its superior fill compliance.
