TheQJJ Series chocolate molding production line consists of a fat melting kettle, sugar pulverizer, chocolate conche, chocolate ball miller, chocolate tempering machine, and a chocolate storage tank. This provides  all the machinery necessary to process raw chocolate materials alongside the main chocolate molding machine.

The QJJ Series chocolate moulder was developed based with the latest technology available which allows the machine to pour three times and fill twice(crispy, nuts and full nuts). It combines baking, molding, rolling over, vibrating and cooling together into a single process. With his machine, you can produce pure chocolate, or a variety of chocolate with different sizes, fillings, multi-colors and multi-taste. The QJJ Series chocolate molding machine can be used to produce any type of molded chocolate products, whether solid color, filled by means of a classic three-station or one-shot process or containing nuts. Moreover, chocolate products can be manufactured with biscuits or wafers simply by installing the relevant feeding units. The chocolate molding line offers adjustable capacities in order to meet diverse production needs.

Manufactured in stainless steel, each unit makes ample use of servo/pneumatic/mechanical motors to ensure smoother operation and precision molding. The patented Multi-functional molding heads work in a continuous motion to facilitate seamless production. The entire line uses an easy to operation PLC screen which is steady, secure and reliable.
