Application and introduction

Dual planetary mixer is with two agitator blades ,The two blade rotate by their own axis ,and also orbit to the vessel ,Duo to this special design , two blade rotating with settled speed . How is work

Double planetary mixer is composed by power driving parts ,frame support ,hydraulic lift system ,agitator blades and mixing vessels. On the blade , there is an small device , it is scraper , It is used to scrape the materials on sidewall and also bottom vessel ,to make sure the mixing process is without blind area ,The interior is mirror polished and the blade is continuously remove the materials from vessel wall to the inside , One revolution ,the blade pass the whole vessel and three revolutions done ,all materials have been mixed ,and after 36 revolution .blade will touch the entire batch.
