1.Product Description

It is roving which as reinforced material in the process of FRP spray up molding and can compatible with UP resin and vinyl resin. It can be widely used in yacht, auto parts, sanitary, etc.

It has good stiffness, easy cutting and low static. After processed by spray gun, the fibers are even and dispersed well which easy to grind and throw out air bubbles.

Filament diameter: 11um or 13um

Roving density: 2,400tex

Packing:Qty/20' FCL: 48 rolls or 64 rolls/pallet, around 17kg/roll, 20 pallets, total 19040kg.

Fiberglass Direct Roving

1.Product Description

Direct Roving for Filament winding, is compatible with unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins.

Main uses include manufacture of FRP pipes of various diameters, high-pressure pipes for petroleum transitions, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and, insulation materials such as utility rods and insulation tube.

Specification: 200/300/600/1200/2400/4800/9600tex

Packing : around 18000kg/20fcl.
