1. How can i get to your factory?

Our factory is near Shanghai Airport as well as Nanjing Airport. We can pick you up at Yixing Railway Station.. 

2. If i will need to stay in your place for few days, is that possible to book the hotel for me?

It’s always my pleasure, hotel booking service is available.

3. What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?

Minimum quantity depends on product designs. Samples can be sent you freely if available. However if no existing size, you need to pay for mold cost to make new samples.

4. Which level of quality are your products?

We have got ISO, SGS, Rohs certificate so far. 

5. What is the delivery time of new order?

In general, the delivery time is about 45 days, new product will be delivered as the negotiation with our clients. 

6. May i know which payment will be accepted by your company?

So far 100%T/T before shipment, and 30% deposit paid by T/T, balance paid by T/T or L/C
