After Al-Si glass or Quartz Glass is treated with steel processing, it has characteristics of high transparency, good hydraulic performance, can directly see the whole reaction inside kettle. Controller: Automatic PID or PLC control device. The working voltage is 380V or 220V. With automatic temperature regulator, temperature control accuracy ± 1 ? With speed display and stepless speed regulation function. The heating power can be adjusted to achieve the purpose of automatic thermostat.
Reactor structure: Kettle body, lid, kettle base, stirrer, air vent, charging port, sampling port, pressure gauge, safety valves, measurement port, heating parts. We can also design and manufacture reactors according to customers’ special requirements.
