Function of immersion flange heater

When temperature is around -10 ?, the host only can produce 60% of the heat energy, combined with the host frost only 50% of the heat energy output, the heat energy provided by central air conditioning can't meet the housing needs. In order to supplement this part of heat, it is necessary to increase the auxiliary electric heater on the basis of the original heating equipment, and the optional type is 30% to 40% of the air conditioning refrigerating capacity, as the heating power of electric heating.

Application notice of immersion flange heater

1.Although auxiliary electric heater with thermostat, automatically cut off power supply, but it is still important to avoid the occurrence of dry burning of electric heating tube when using. After ensuring the normal circulation of the air-conditioning water system, then the auxiliary electric heating should be put into use to avoid dry burning.

2.Must be prepared to prevent frostbite, for air conditioning system water without antifreeze, when the device not working for a long time, the drain valve on the bottom of the electric heater need to be opened, and discharge the internal water of electric heater, so as to prevent the electric heating from being frozen.

3.It is recommended that the system increase the water flow switch to ensure that the water pump is normally operated and then the electric heating works.

4.In winter, when the water in equipment is frozen into ice, do not heat the ice to prevent dry burning.

5.The connection end shall be at least one meter away from the installation, for easy maintenance and maintenance.
