When the proper working conditions are met and the revolving drum reaches the feeding speed, the feed -ing valve opens and allows suspension to be separa -ted to enter into the compartment of the spiraI feeder through the feeding pipeline After preliminary speed- up,the suspension passes the outlet of the compart -ment and into the revolving drum.
