This standard is suitable for fixing plastic pipe clamp  with oil, water and gas as medium. Working temperature is a - 5 ~ + 100 ?. A series pipe clamp apply to medium pressure, low  pressure (PN Mpa =8) pipe  fixation. B series I model combined installation pipe clamp apply to medium-high  pressure and high pressure (PN Mpa =31.5 ) pipe fixation.

3 Bearing capacity of pipe clamp
 A1 shows the method: the pipe clamp bears  the capacity of the axial force of the tube, which is expressed in a curve  diagram.
 A2 specific content: figure A.1 is used for  "A series pipe clip"; figure A.2 is used for "B series I type  pipe clip". The A curve indicates the relationship between the diameter of  the tube and the axial force of the tube when the pipe clamp and the tube are  in a "static friction state". The B. curve indicates that the outer  diameter of the tube is related to the axial force and torque of the tube when  the pipe clamp and the pipe are in the "dynamic friction state". 

Install  instruction
 B.1 The soleplate of the pipe clamp is  fixed on the welded plate, steel beam and track by welding method. It should be  noted that the soldering plate, steel beam and track must be firmly fixed, and  the load required should be kept within the allowable range (refer to figure  A.1, figure A 2).
 B.2 When installed, the distance between  the adjacent pipe clips should be kept at a distance of 1~3m.

B,3  when installed, the pipe clip should be installed after the curved part of the  bend (see figure B.1).
