Application
TQLY series precleaner is one new cereal&oil general clean-up unit developed by our company. The machine can effectively separate the large foreign matters from the raw grain (e.g. Wheat straw, corn cob, rope, pole beans, beans leather, small pieces of wood, brick, mud, etc), small ones (e.g. sands and mud) and partial light inclusions (e.g. Wheat hair, oatmeal, corn hair, corn bran, dust, etc). It is widely used in cereal&oil, animal feed, alcohol, starch and food industries.
2. Performance
The precleaner is installed in the unit, and its feed end has the angle adjustable unit in order to support the screen tuble and the screen tuble angle adjustment. The outfeed end is installed the universal joint coupling mechanism so as to meet the rotating requirements sufficiently in the condition of any angle changes of the screen tube. Cycloid reducer is used as the driving unit, providing safe & reliable performance and long service life; motor is variable frequecy speed adjustable control and its rotary speed can be adjusted based on the throughput and the inclusions in materials.
3. working principle
The precleaner is used to clean up the impurities utilizing the particle size difference between materials and impurities. At the working state, the materials is fed into the inner screen tube of the double-layer cylindrical screen tube through the feed inlet, and the materials is sieved continuously via the rotation of the screen tube so that the impurities smaller than the apertures of the inner screen tube would pass through the apertures into the outer screen tube, while the bigger impurities would be left in the inner screen tube and pushed forward to the bigger impurities hopper, and the smaller impurities less than apertures of outer screen tube flow into smaller hopper, meantime the materials left in the outer screen tube is push into the hopper,and the light inclusions and dust would be extracted by draught fan through wind duct.
