Polyurethane Foam Composite Vacuum Insulation Panels is a combination of PU with VIP, the size can be tailored and PU can also protect the VIP from vulnerable and damage, the PU can also add more flexibility to the VIP, such as cutting holes without damage VIP, etc.
Under the premise of ensuring the same heat transfer coefficient of the external wall, the thickness of the exterior wall insulation layer with vacuum insulation panel is significantly reduced. To increase R value of the wall , doors and windows, heating systems of new buildings, some new technologies were used, for example,to use 10-15cm thick vacuum insulation panels on the external walls, roof and floor, which is sandwiched in high-performance glass with inclosed window frame, so as to keep the heat inside the windows as much as possible. The energy consumption of these buildings can be reduced by four quarters compared to those of traditional insulation materials.

Features
In recent years, the practical application of vacuum insulation panels is become more and more wide. From the refrigerator and other home appliances, to the insulation boxes, as well as buildings and construction. Surely VIP is one of the most popular green materials. Vacuum insulation panel has excellent fire resistance, eco-friendly, and does not contain any harmful substances (CFC, HCFC and others), sound absorption, long service life, widely used in internal and external walls. The insulation properties of VIP is 4 times better than traditional insulation materials such as polyurethane and phenolic resin. 6 to 8 times better than Polystyrene panel XPS and EPS, and 10 times better than rock wool and glass fiber.
While VIP is placed inside the rigid polyurethane plate, it can achieve the same thermal insulation properties with just half the thickness of traditional hard polyurethane insulation board. If you want to improve the insulation performance of existing house, all you need is to pave the vacuum insulation panels on the internal wall, save a lot of space and improve overall insulation performance while saving the cost of decoration.
Please note that the vacuum layer will be destroyed if using pushpins on surface of vacuum insulation panel, which will lead to a degradation of insulation performance.
