Application Notes
Use	E - 80 adopts high purity superfine N - phenyl - N - (trichloromethyl - sulfonyl) - benzene sulfonic group acyl aniline with antistatic treatment, mixes with polymer and dispersant. E - 80 as rubber antiscorching agent, especially suitable for using with sulfonamide or thiazole accelerator, improve process safety and does not affect the physical properties, used for thiuram vulcanization system can only have mild or almost no antiscorching effect (but NBR mixture is an exception), if you add magnesium oxide, E - 80 has some antiscorching effect for NR/SBR thiuram vulcanization system. E - 80 will not produce contamination and discoloration
