Necessity

A large amount of high temperature flue gas is being produced in conjunction with the daily operation of rotary hearth furnace. In order to avoid direct flue gas emissions, waste heat recovery boiler and bag-house dust collector are needed to conduct heat recovery process and gas purification. Due to the unique nature of RHF flue gas, if the wast heat recovery boiler and the rapping cleaning system of heat surface are not meticulously designed, it will lead to severe fouling of heat surface, reduction of heat transfer, and malfunction of the entire boiler system. 

Design Ingenuity 

Our boiler adopts horizontal bottom-vacant structure, causing dust to drop into the hopper bottom readily & ceaselessly, and be conveyed out of the boiler by ash-conveying device. The heat surface is meticulously designed & laid out and made of optimal material to withstand corrosive flue gas.Knowing the true meaning of customization, we base the design of our hopper on specific flue gas conditions (i.e. character & temperature) conveyed to us by our clients to avoid dust accumulation inside the hopper.
