4.Product details 

?Single cylinder Preheater is one of the key machines for the construction of thermoplastic marking at present. With hydraulic drive as well as positive and reverse rotation controlled by multi-way reversing valve, the melting speed gets faster. 

?A water tank is set on the hydraulic oil tank. Special water tank is added, heating is made reasonable so that the use of canned LPG is more complete. Even though the hydraulic kneader is in the course of idle running, the temperature of hydraulic oil will rise; in the burning course of LPG, the temperature of liquefied gas cylinder will drop. Through heat exchange of water tank, hydraulic oil is maintained to proper temperature for the purpose of avoiding the waste of liquefied gas.

?The step less speed changing multi-way reversing valve can control the helical blades to stir independently clockwise or counterclockwise to move paints up and down and make it melted faster. The feeding and melting of newly fed paints is also sped up.

?The overhead hydraulic thermoplastic Preheater can further save the area covered by hydraulic kneader, and hold more paints. It is suitable for clients' use on small freight truck and for quick melting of paints.

1. Q: Can road marking machine preheat the thermoplastic paint?

A: No. It needs to work with a preheater, like the last picture. The TW-H just can preserve the heat of thermoplastic paint.

A: Yes, it could be adjusted by edging knife and hanger. The normal line thickness is 1.2-4 mm.

A:Change the marking hopper, change line width. We have varied sizes, from 50 mm to 450mm. Usually, the standard equipment is 150mm. The other size is optional. Also, we could produce special marking hopper for you.
