Union Circuits has been manufacturing single-sided FPCs for 8 years, Flexible Printed Circuits are now widely used for computer, mobile phone, digital camera, touch panel display, Automotive, medical devices etc. Made of thin dielectric substrate and high ductility copper foil, FPCs can be bent or folded and used in both static and dynamic applications. It’s thin, light, conformable and high temperature resistant. Our common used single-sided FPC material is ShengYi SF-305 - Halogen-free PI film based flexible copper clad laminate(3-layer FCCL) with both ED or RA copper available, another type is SF201 - single-sided adhesiveless flexible copper clad laminate(2-layer FCCL).
