Concealed slide automatic assembly is a very unique job. There are several parts Rails, steel balls, ball retainer, plastic ball 

retainer, plastic bumper, plugs and grease, to be assembled in high speed and accurate. We have invested lots of effort in design and fabricate these concealed slide assembly machine. This concealed slide Automatic Assembly Machine consists of 4 major sections:

Section A

Assembly ball cage, balls, middle rail, and dispense grease on middle rail.

Section B

Insert plug into end of middle rail.

Section C

Assemble plastic strips and middle rail with outer rails

Section D

1. Bend end piece on the outer rail.

2. Insert plastic plug on the bent end piece of outer rail.

INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATOR TRAINING

(1) Guaranteed against malfunction due to manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of loading. In that situation, 

repairs will be free of charge.

(2) Repairs will not be performed free of charge even during the guarantee period in the following 

circumstances: 

a. Damage occurs due to a natural disaster.

b. Malfunction occurs due to user error.

c. Malfunction occurs due to modifications.

d. Malfunction occurs due to further movement or shipment after installation.

2. Seller is responsible for installation and adjustment and buyer covers installation cost as
