Modern C-Frame presses range from 30tonne to 250tonne which is sure to cover your metal stamping specifications. Precision material feeders and electronic safety guards enable your product to be made at optimum efficiency, without compromising on safety.

Goldcattle manufacturing technology enables the stamping of very precise, complex three-dimensional products in one shot, and Goldcattle offers a superior product line in this area.

Our dies have a cross-section equivalent to dies processed by machine without secondary finishing processes such as cutting and grinding, which are required to traditional press work. Products manufactured by these precise dies combining complex processes such as bending, collapsing, and squeezing realize high quality in areas such as dimensional precision, contour, and stability.

The Right Stamping Process for the Job

Depending on the design and the quantities required, different precision metal stamping processes can be used to create the parts you need.

For low volume precision stamping and prototype stamping projects, we use “single stage” tools that perform one stamping operation at a time. More complex parts and high volume precision stamping requires “progressive tooling” that advances the part through a series of dies to stamp a completed part without the need to handle it numerous times or reset the stamping machine.

Progressive Die Stamping: Progressive stamping is preferred for complex or intricate parts that require multiple operations (forming, hole punching, etc.). The preferred precision stamping method for high quantity orders of all kinds.

We handle many types of dies from large, PRG moldings for automotive parts to precision PRG molding for electrical components.

Progressive dies, also known as multiple-stage dies: at DELTA TOOLING, we are in full command of the know-how required in the process design of each manufacturing stage, designing the required progression of processes into one structure for optimum productivity. In each process, products progress through the next stage of the process, and then are completed after several shots.

A: If you don’t have any drawing,you can send us your sample, we will scan it and make 2D and 3D drawing first, then make sample for you.
