 Characteristics

The main structure of the machine is one piece cast of grey cast iron, not puting together by metal plate, which is reliable but without vibration.

After assembly of direct delivery mould, adjustable part of crimping mould is on open area. The adjustment is convenient.  

The machine is drived by frequency converter, no delay and fault of mechanical movement caused by traditional clutch. It simplifies internal mechanical components and decreases their wear and replacement. It provides silent operation environment with large torsion, little vibration and high reliability.

Can match with vertical and horizontal moulds of various brands. It has comprehensive practicability.

Add puncher up and down button on button panel. No need to swing main shaft by wrench when adjusting mould.

Operation times of the machine can be adjusted during 1 to 20 times; the interval time of operation can be adjusted during 0 to 20 min.
