? The whole production line covers the area about 2000 square meters, welding thickness of 1.2mm~16mm, the maximum length of the welding profile of 18000mm, the maximum width of the panel can be up to 3500mm.

With functions of laser seam tracking, welding pressure display, pin tool automatic water cooling can realize the full automation of feeding, clamping, inspecting before welding, friction stir welding, discharging, automatic cutting and sawing, and other machining process for the long straight aluminum alloy without manual intervention.
? Professional man-machine interface, equipped with the product process database, the user only needs to input the welding parameters of different products in the interface window, which can realize the automatic welding of the products.
