Large-scale circumferential friction stir welding equipment
The development of large-scale circumferential friction stir welding equipment is based on the characteristics of large aerospace structures, the equipment adopts horizontal structure of host machine to meet the overall high rigidity docking assembly and circumferential NC FSW needs; the assembly fixture is designed automatically?universal tension balanced ?gapless ?concentric and telescopic to ensure roundnes?concentricity?straightness and other important dimensions; Headstock, tailstock, internal and external clamping work can achieve synchronous drive rotation.
Integrated with turn-milling machining at the tank head surface,cylindrical tank welding assembly,circumferential friction stir welding and other functions in one equipment. The max welding thickness is 16mm, and the products after welding can reach 12000mm long.
